SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are an online store only, but we can and do ship our products to virtually any address in Australia. When you place an order with us, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your ordered items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Depending on the shipping provider we elect to ship your goods, there is the possibility of delays occuring due to courier delays in transit, public holidays or any other unforeseen issue. We will endeavor to notify you and keep your company representative(s) updated as to the cause of the delay, and do everything we can to rectify the problem.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please advise us by phone or email immediately upon receiving it. We can either elect to replace the product or offer you a refund. For both instances, we will require you to send us photo proof of the fault or damage so we can better understand what went wrong. If agreed to by us, you may return the damaged item/s for a full exchange or refund of the product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Photo proof of the defect will be required as evidence).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
